oui oui. did you think for a moment i was vacationing in paris? i admittedly freaked out when i saw this handmade replica of the arc de triomphe in the storefront of french metro {where this was shot}, that was b-e-g-g-i-n-g to be documented. anyone that has worked with me {or knows me very well} has seen me fixated on a creative idea that just can't be shaken… well, most recently it was the arc! the morning of the shoot i got a call from my photographer breaking the news that the store was removing the window display, so we rushed-rushed and luckily got there in time to use it! sidebar:: i'm very much into helmut newton black + whites right now. . .
